The Property Council of Australia is the leading property “voice” in Victoria. The advocacy work undertaken on the members’ behalf has influenced many Government policies such as reduction in land tax.  As well as informing Government policy, the Property Council events are addressed by industry opinion leaders and thought leaders.

The Property Council Mentor Program is positioned to become the leading industry program of its kind.

Building on the success and lessons of previous programs run through the Victorian Division, the next generation of the Mentor Program will have a broader reach for both Mentors and Mentorees and the capacity to engage a higher number of Mentoree and Mentor matches.

The 2012 Mentor Program will run for 12 months, with 52 participants identified they will attend key events to mark the commencement, touch points throughout the year and on-going support through a range of mediums with the Property Council with the opportunity to build a mentoring relationship beyond the conclusion of the formal year long program.

We are excited to see such a positive response to the program already, and look forward to working with the industry to grow it even further in the coming years.
